What does a hospital logistics system look like before it goes live?
Some questions can't be answered by a brochure. A delegation from Thailand came to the Nanning factory to find out. The group included provincial chief medical officers, hospital deputy directors, and senior representatives from our partner organization.

The delegation began in the showroom, where live demonstrations of SmaTruck, SmaTube, and SmaSort covered each system's design, real-world use cases, and how they work in practice. They then moved through the production workshop to see how these systems are built and quality-checked. A presentation on MCBS's development history and selected international project cases showed how these solutions have been applied across hospitals worldwide.

From there, the group visited Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Reproductive Hospital, where MCBS's rail logistics system is already running. Seeing the system in action gave the guests a clearer picture of how integrated logistics fits into daily clinical workflows, and what that means for efficiency, safety, and reliability on the ground.

For hospitals in fast-growing regions, that gap between engineering and daily operations is exactly where the work happens. It's what the visit was about, and it's what MCBS has been focused on for over 13 years.
